  • Do your prices include VAT or not?
    • What you see is what you get!  All of our prices are VAT inclusive so there will not be an additional amount on checkout.  Your final receipt will break out the total VAT paid on your order.  
  • Where do you deliver and is there a cost to delivery?
    • We cover the entire island of New Providence for delivery whether it be to your home, office, hotel, or vacation rental.  Our launch promotion delivery fee is $3 per delivery and there is a $50 minimum purchase to qualify for delivery.  However, if your order total is $100 or more, the delivery fee will be waived.
  • Do you deliver to the Family Islands?
    • Should you wish to have your order delivered to one of the Family Islands, please contact us - we can arrange for delivery to your preferred Mailboat or carrier.
  • Is same-day delivery available and if so, is there a cutoff time?
    • Yes, same-day delivery is available!  However, in order to qualify for same-day delivery, orders going to the central, eastern, or southern parts of New Providence must be received by 7:00 a.m. for the requested day of delivery.  Orders going to the northern and western parts of the island must be received by noon.  This is to help manage our delivery vehicle departure schedule so that all of our customers can be served as best as possible.  If for some reason you have missed the delivery cut-off time and need your order the same day, you can always arrange for pick up and your pre-packed goods will be waiting for you.  Otherwise, give us a call and we will try to accommodate you as best as possible.
  • Can I order online and opt to pick up and pay in person?
    • Yes!  Simply choose Cash on delivery/pick up when checking out, indicate the date for which you would like to pick up your order, and finalize your checkout.  You should receive an order number on your invoice which you can use to validate your order when paying in person (or simply tell one of our friendly team members your customer account name and they will pull it up for you)!
  • What if I wish to return some or all of my purchased items? Is there a restocking fee?
    • Should you wish to return items for any reason, please stop in with the goods to be returned and we will issue you a refund in your original form of payment.  There are no restocking fees for returns.
